Chris grew up in the rural gold-rush town of Amador City; one of the smallest incorporated

cities in the state of California. In 2009, Chris relocated to our states capital to attend college

at CSU-Sacramento where he studied Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate &

Land-Use Affairs. While attending CSUS Chris worked as a residential property manager serving

single-family homes.

In 2012 Chris received a bachelor’s degree while also achieving the Deans Honor List. Since

receiving his degree Chris has been training as a commercial appraiser while also earning his

real estate license and becoming a Realtor™ in 2014.

Given his area of education and history of professional experience, Chris is uniquely equipped

and experienced to work in the Real Estate industry. He has assisted with homes, apartments,

and commercial property evaluations. Additionally, he has studied the Sacramento Region in-depth

and is knowledgeable of current market conditions.

Aside from his career, Chris enjoys bicycling, running along the river with his dog Bella, reading

ancient history, visiting his family back home, and spending time with friends. Chris currently

resides in Amador City.
